Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. Our Lead Installers take full ownership of residential and light commercial jobs from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ventilation systems, boilers, ductwork, and controls.
Lead installations from start to finish, maintaining job schedules and safety standards.
Read manufacturer instructions, job layouts, blueprints, and equipment diagrams.
Complete low and line-voltage electrical wiring related to HVAC equipment.
Perform system start-up, efficiency verification, and troubleshooting.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly inventoried vehicles.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates.
Requirements
3+ years of HVAC installation experience (Lead experience preferred).
EPA 608 Certification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record.
Strong knowledge of residential heating/cooling systems, electrical connections, and code requirements.
Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varied environments.
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (Based on experience)

We are hiring an Experienced HVAC Install Helper to work alongside our Lead Installers. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical or HVAC experience who understands jobsite tools, safety, and workflow, and wants a fast-track pathway to becoming a Lead Tech.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Lead Installers with system change-outs (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, IAQ, ductwork).
Set equipment, run line sets, and assist with custom duct modifications.
Safely operate power tools, manage material loading/unloading, and maintain vehicle organization.
Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and rooftops.
Maintain jobsite safety standards and professional homeowner communication.
Requirements
Prior HVAC install helper or hands-on mechanical experience required.
Familiarity with basic HVAC tools, materials, and jobsite safety.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work in tight spaces and varying weather.
Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.
