My elderly mother was ripped off by a fly-by-night guy who installed the wrong furnace coil and damaged the system. Trying to fix it, I hired a big-name PA HVAC company with thousands of 5-star reviews, only for them to take over $2,000, do sub-par work, and then ghost us. The owner wouldn't even return my calls. Feeling stuck, I gave Woodruff & Smith Heating & Cooling, Inc. a shot, and they came through in a big way. They stepped up, cleaned up all the crap left behind by these other self-proclaimed "professionals," and got everything working properly. My only complaint is that I have 4 tenant units and want annual service contracts for each, and Woodruff & Smith isn't cheap (lol)! But they are thoroughly good, honest, and trustworthy. He broke into the cast iron stack, found and removed the clog and repaired the stack including installation of a clean out. I had Jake back for a clog in the upstairs bathroom.
